Who We Are
Burhani Solar is a leading solar energy company in Kenya and East Africa. We trace our humble roots to a small electrical shop in Mombasa known as Abdulrasul Mulla & Sons which was established in 1992. Recognizing the promise in green energy, especially solar energy as a solution to empowering remote areas with electricity and as the technology of the future, our business evolved and Burhani Solar was born in 2005.
Being one of the first retailers of solar products in Kenya, we were approached by the Kenya Renewable Energy Association (KEREA) and our team was given hands on training in solar system design and installation. Since then we have acquired a wealth of knowledge in solar technology.
As we grow, we have adapted to new emerging technologies like grid-tie systems and solar water pumping. We tailor solutions for our customers keeping in mind the latest that technology has to offer. Since 2013, Burhani Solar has been a major player in the solar water pumping field and have installed over 100 systems for small and large scale farmers, hotels and ranches.
